Retention is deployment-specific
Zero data retention must be confirmed for the chosen provider, product, features and customer agreement. An enterprise plan alone is not a zero-retention claim.
For stringent retention requirements
Hyran supports a deployment review that maps every data processor, log, cache, model feature and retention setting before connection. Provider zero data retention programmes have separate eligibility and exclusions. We document the selected configuration and do not describe it as zero retention until the customer and provider terms establish that outcome.
