Describe impact, not urgency alone.

CriticalSuspected cross-tenant access, unauthorized disclosure, or a security event. Disable access and contact Hyran immediately.

HighThe approved pilot group cannot authenticate or use every supported question, with no safe workaround.

NormalOne workflow, user, result, or admin step is affected and a safe workaround exists.

QuestionInstallation planning, documentation, access scope, or expected product behavior needs clarification.
